That’s usually a sign that something deeper is at play. This is where the Belief Code comes in.
It works with the subconscious beliefs that shape how you see yourself, how you respond to life, and what your body continues to hold onto.

So… Which One Do You Actually Need?
Here’s the part that most people don’t realize: You don’t have to figure that out on your own.
Because your body already knows.
In a session, I’m not choosing a method ahead of time. We’re listening to what your system is ready to release.
Sometimes it starts with an emotion.
Sometimes it goes straight to a deeper imbalance.
Sometimes it’s a belief that’s been running everything underneath the surface for years.
Most of the time, it’s all connected.
Because your body doesn’t separate things the way we try to.
We start with what’s coming up for you. Not a label. Not a method. Just what you’re experiencing. From there, we follow the thread.
That might lead us through:
emotional release
energetic imbalances
subconscious beliefs
All within the same session.
You don’t need to come in knowing what you need. That’s part of the process.
I didn’t come into this work trying to understand different energy healing methods. I came into it because I was in pain.
I had been dealing with foot pain that wouldn’t go away, and I had done everything the doctors recommended. Nothing was giving me real relief.
When I found my way to energy healing, specifically the Emotion Code, something inside me just clicked… this is what we’ve needed.
Up until that point, I had spent most of my life doing what I thought I was supposed to do. From the outside, everything looked successful. But internally, I felt disconnected, unhappy, and a little lost.
Energy work gave me a new way to understand what my body was holding onto.
Trapped emotions, unprocessed experiences, and subconscious patterns that hadn’t fully moved through my system were still impacting how I felt, physically, emotionally, and energetically.
For the first time, I wasn’t trying to override my body… I was actually listening to it and that changed everything.
This work didn’t just support my physical symptoms; it helped me address the root cause of what was underneath them.
It’s also what led me here. I left my corporate career in 2021 to do this work full time, because I knew this was what I was meant to do.
Now, when I work with clients, I’m not choosing between Emotion Code, Body Code, or Belief Code. I’m using all of it, guided by what your body is ready to release.
You don’t have to figure out what type of energy healing you need.
Your body already knows.
You just have to be willing to start listening… and open the door to something new.
This is also why I don’t just look at one session as the full answer. Because healing doesn’t happen in one layer. It unfolds over time.
