At Indiglow Soul, I deeply value your time and energy. To keep our sessions flowing smoothly and respectful for everyone, here’s what you can expect if you ever need to reschedule or cancel a 1:1 session:

Program Sessions

(relevant for: Open Your Heart, Healing Chakras Through Courage & Empowered Empath programs, and any future 1:1 programs developed through Indiglow Soul)

• All programs are paid in advance (in full or through a payment plan).
  
  

• You may reschedule or cancel a one-on-one program session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no cost. Your calendar event and reminder emails from my scheduling software (Acuity) allows you to reschedule on your own, or you may email me to give notice of a need to reschedule.
  
  

• If you attempt to reschedule, cancel, or no-show a session without giving notice at least 24 hours before the start of the session, that session will be counted as used and you will simply schedule the next sessions associated with your program (assuming there are remaining sessions in the program).
  
  

• Once you enroll, there are no refunds for programs. If something comes up in your life that impacts your ability to use your sessions in a timely manner, please reach out to communicate as soon as possible so we can make a plan together.
  
  

One-on-One Sessions

• All single sessions must be prepaid at time of booking to secure your session time, through my booking software (Acuity).
  
  

• You may reschedule or cancel a one-on-one program session with at least 24 hours’ notice at no cost. Your calendar event and reminder emails from my scheduling software (Acuity) allows you to reschedule on your own, or you may email me to give notice of a need to reschedule.
  
  

• If you attempt to reschedule, cancel, or no-show a session without giving notice at least 24 hours before the start of the session, that session will be counted as used and your payment will be forfeited. You would then need to rebook a new paid session to get back on my calendar.
  
  

Group Programs

(relevant for: Come Home To You, and any future group programs developed through Indiglow Soul)

• All group sessions are recorded, so you’ll never miss the teachings even if you can’t attend live.
  
  

• Enrollment may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, enrollment is non-refundable.
  
  

This policy helps us both stay accountable while ensuring your healing journey receives the commitment it deserves.
