My Experience with Belief Code
When I first experienced the Belief Code for myself, it opened my eyes to just how deeply our beliefs can shape our lives.
One of my earliest sessions focused on childhood patterns. Beliefs around not feeling safe to be fully myself and needing to be who others expected me to be came to the surface.
I saw how much people-pleasing had been driven by those beliefs.
What surprised me most was how these patterns showed up physically.
I had been gluten-free for years, and through this work, I began to see how a belief system could be connected to what my body was experiencing.
It completely shifted how I understood the mind-body connection.
In another session, I worked on physical pain I had been experiencing daily.
There was a day where I could barely walk after doing simple chores around the house.
During the session, we uncovered inherited belief statements; beliefs I had taken on that weren’t even mine.
One of them was the idea that I “deserved” the pain and that it was somehow keeping me in line.
As those beliefs were released, my pain shifted dramatically. Within hours, it went from an 8 or 9 down to a 2 or 3.
