Because emotional blocks aren’t just something you understand. They’re something your body is still holding.
You can know exactly why you feel the way you do…and still feel it.
You can understand your patterns…and still repeat them.
You can be deeply self-aware…and still feel disconnected.
Not because you’re doing anything wrong, but because awareness and release are not the same thing.
In my work, we’re not just looking at your experiences. We’re looking at what your system has stored. Because emotional blocks don’t just come from what you’ve been through.
They also come from what you’ve carried, what you’ve adapted to, and sometimes… what was passed down. You may be holding onto emotional patterns that didn’t even start with you and until those are released, they stay in place.
Emotional blocks don’t just appear out of nowhere.
They’re created over time, often without you even realizing it.
At some point, your system experienced something that felt overwhelming, painful, or unsafe. And instead of fully processing it, part of you learned to hold it in. Not because something is wrong with you, but because your system was trying to take care of you.
This can come from heartbreak, childhood experiences, ongoing stress, or simply years of pushing emotions down over time.
And eventually, those unprocessed emotions don’t disappear. They get stored.
Over time, this can create what feels like an invisible barrier, one that makes it harder to feel, connect, or fully be yourself.
In energy healing, this is often understood as stored emotional energy, something referred to as a Heart Wall.
When these deeper layers begin to release, people often notice:
connection feels easier
their reactions soften naturally
they feel lighter without trying
they’re more present in their relationships
Not because they changed who they are…but because they’re no longer carrying what was in the way.
This is the deeper work we focus on inside my Open Your Heart program.

It’s about gently identifying and releasing the emotional patterns your body has been holding onto, including the ones you may not even realize are there.
