1. If my heart could speak, what would it say about how it feels today?
2. What is one past experience that still weighs on me? How do I feel when I think about it?
3. When was the last time I felt truly open, loved, and connected? What felt different then?
4. What emotions feel difficult for me to express (love, sadness, anger, vulnerability)? Why?
5. If I could release one emotional burden today, what would it be? How might that change my life?
6. Do I feel like I’m carrying emotions, beliefs, or fears that may not be mine?
These prompts will help you start exploring your emotional landscape—but true release happens at a deeper level.
