For a long time, I felt like I was absorbing the emotions and energy of everyone around me. Whether it was a close friend, a family member, or even strangers, I struggled to create boundaries and protect my energy. Sound familiar?

I created the Empowered Empath Program because I know that being an empath can feel like both a blessing and a burden. But here’s the thing—it doesn’t have to be that way. My healing journey taught me that being an empath is a powerful gift, one that can be used to heal, connect, and uplift—but only if we know how to protect our energy and set boundaries.
